I have been a Broker with Coldwell Banker HP&W for over 23 years, however, my love of real estate and working with individuals and families started long before in my native Kentucky. 

I love my business and helping families find a home...I give 100% to all my clients and am extremely grateful for all the referrals and repeat business over the years.   With over $400,000 million in volume,  I believe in creating a relationship, not just selling a home.

My first year in Real Estate, I was named Rookie of the Year and have never looked back.  In 1997 I was inducted to the Better Homes and Gardens Hall of Fame and with Coldwell Banker HP&W I have been Sales Assoicate of the Year for the past 22 years! 

While I love what I do, I have always made my family top priority.  They have supported me and helped me bring my business to what it is today.  My husband Bud joined me full time in 1997 which allows me to work with my best friend every day.  I am also blessed with daughter Leanne, son-in-law Sandy Edwards and grandaughter Ansley 4.  My son Matthew and daughter-in-law Lindsay have recently moved to Randleman, NC where Matthew has accepted the position of Youth Minister at the Forest Park Baptist Church.
